Many years and many miles: The story of the old Muskego Church

  • St. Anthony Park Lutheran Church 2323 Como Avenue Saint Paul, MN, 55108 United States (map)

One of the earliest Norwegian-American Lutheran churches built—and the oldest one still standing—the Muskego Church has a fascinating history. Learn about its three locations and multiple uses, from a place of worship to a farm building to a historic site commemorating Norwegian-American immigrants and their religious life.

Unable to attend in person? View the presentation live online, with a recording available for about one week following. Use the SAPLC YouTube channel at bit.ly/Sap-history. You can also get to the church’s YouTube channel by clicking through from saplc.org to Weekly Worship under the worship tab, and then to the livestream link for services and other events.

Presentations are still free, but please consider supporting program expenses with the in-person or online tip jar. Many thanks!
