All of my presentations are fully illustrated, requiring a few things to ensure high-quality images.

 

I will bring:

  • My laptop, digital projector, and cables

  • A grounded extension cord

  • Laser pointer and remote

  • A screen, if necessary

You provide:

  • A darkened room with minimal light from exterior or interior sources

  • A power source for a grounded 3-prong plug within twenty feet of the laptop and projector

  • A screen or white wall for a projected image large enough for everyone to see clearly (if not, see above)

  • A small table or stand for the projector

  • A lectern, music stand, other similar piece of furniture for my laptop and notes
