Second Avenue South in downtown Minneapolis attracted many clubs and organizations, which built their own impressive clubhouses there. The beautiful Minneapolis Club has one of the oldest remaining buildings, but others still standing nearby include the former Elks Club and the former Minneapolis Athletic Club. In this presentation, we’ll explore the spaces, past and present, along Club Row in Minneapolis.
