Surrounded by St. Paul's most notable civic and cultural buildings, Rice Park sits at the heart of downtown. This is the third and final installment of our St. Paul Parks Tour Series.

We will venture beyond just the park and its immediate surroundings. Stops at City Hall, the Lowry Building, Mickey's Diner, and the Palace Theater round out the tour.
